- Do you work in Spanish?
- Yes. Every service is delivered in English or Spanish, and this entire site is published in both languages. You are not handed off to a translator, you work with the same bilingual team.
- How do I know what it will cost before I commit?
- We put the scope and the price in writing before any work starts. The Automation Opportunity Review is $195 flat for a 3-hour session. Every other technology service is billed at one rate, $65.00 an hour, and you get a written scope and an estimate of hours first.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
- There is no document to sign and nothing is sent for e-signature. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the engagement, and you accept them with a checkbox when you submit the Get Started form.
- Where are you located, and do you work remotely?
- We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, and the work is handled remotely, so you do not have to be local to work with us.
