3. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
We will build a five-page website for Sample Small Business: a home page, a services page, a prices page, an about page and a contact page, with a contact form that emails you each message.
4. OBJECTIVES
- Let customers see what you offer and what it costs.
- Let customers contact you from a phone or a computer.
These objectives describe the purpose of the work. They are not a guarantee of any business result (Terms Section 12).
5. SCOPE OF WORK
- R1: We will build the home, services, prices, about and contact pages from the text and images you give us.
- R2: We will add a contact form that sends each message to your email address.
- R3: We will make the pages work on phones and computers.
6. DELIVERABLES
- The five-page website, set up in a hosting account you own.
- The contact form.
- A short written guide explaining how to ask us for changes after handoff.
7. NOT INCLUDED
- Online payments, bookings and online stores.
Anything not described in Sections 3, 5 and 6 is not included. The exclusions in Terms Section 5.1 also apply unless this Agreement expressly includes the item. We supply no hardware, devices or other physical goods under this Agreement.

Paying for it
You pay the full price once, after you sign the written agreement and we countersign it, and before any work starts. There are no refunds for translation work, unless we cannot deliver the translation.

Technology
Does $199 buy a complete app?
Not a full app. It covers one agreed website job of up to 5 pages: a new site designed for you, a redesign of your site, a secure launch or an app prototype. Online stores, payments, sign-ins, databases and larger applications are scoped and priced separately, in writing, before any work starts.
How long does it take, and what if something is wrong?
Our target is 5 business days once we have your content, access and payment, and your written scope gives the exact date. For 14 days after delivery we fix anything that does not match the scope, at no charge. Cancel before we start and you get the full $199 back. You see all of this in your written scope before you pay anything.
Translation
Do you translate documents?
Yes, between English and Spanish. We agree the work and the price with you in writing before you pay anything, and you send your documents only through a secure upload link, never by email. We do not give legal advice, and we do not promise court-certified, sworn or notarized translation status.
What does it cost to translate a document?
$0.10 per word, with a minimum of $10.00 per order, English to Spanish or Spanish to English, not certified or notarized. Your written scope confirms the final price before you pay anything. You pay once, in full, after you sign the written agreement and we sign it too, and before any work starts. There are no refunds for translation work, unless we cannot deliver the translation.

Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. You can work with us in English or Spanish, and this whole site is available in both. Written agreements are in English, and the English version controls.

We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, and work with clients remotely, so you do not need to be nearby.

Can you help if I used AI to build it?
Yes. Show us what you have and what you want working. Some projects fit a Small Build; others need a separate scope, and we tell you which before you pay.
Can you build something if I have not started?
Yes. The $199 small-page option starts from your approved words and images. You do not need a business plan or any technical knowledge.
Will I pay anything each month?
Not from us. A Small Build has no subscription or monthly fee. Your web address, hosting or other services may have their own recurring charges, billed by those providers, and we explain them before you pay.
Do I need to know anything about hosting?
No. We explain the setup that fits and what it costs, and we do not add systems your project does not need.
Will it bring me customers?
We deliver and test the agreed website or function. We cannot promise traffic, search rankings or sales.
What does a larger project cost?
It depends on scope, and you see a fixed price in writing before you commit. Our pricing page shows where larger engagements typically start and what moves the price.
Who owns what you build?
Once it is paid in full, what we build specifically for you is yours, apart from anything a third-party license covers. The general tools and building blocks we reuse across projects stay ours, and you have the right to keep using them as part of what we built for you. The Terms of Service set this out in full.
What if we want to stop working with you?
You can. Hosting, domains, cloud accounts and AI provider accounts stay in your name whenever practical, credentials are returned at handoff, and the documentation is written so someone else can take over.
