Who We Are

A Jacksonville company, run by the two people who own it

T&C Group Holdings, LLC was founded by Saul Tapia and Wendy Campos, a husband-and-wife duo. Together we help businesses and individuals turn ideas into working solutions, improve the processes they already have, and make better use of the technology in front of them.

Our experience runs across technology, business operations and customer service. Our backgrounds are different, but the approach is the same: understand what you actually need, explain it in plain language, and take pride in what we hand over.

Saul has spent more than fifteen years designing, developing and maintaining software that businesses depend on day to day. That work has covered web applications, system integrations, cloud infrastructure, automation and artificial intelligence, and for more than a decade of it the technology behind logistics operations, where accuracy, reliability and efficiency are not optional.

Having started and run a business of his own, he also knows what it is like to pay for technology and hope it was the right call. It shaped how he works: technology has to solve a real problem and make practical sense for the person investing in it. He puts that experience into building dependable solutions shaped around what each client actually needs.

Many of the things I build are resolutions to problems plaguing companies, raw ideas brought to life, or things that eliminate painstaking manual labor. When I build those things, it makes people happy. I want to continue to make people happy with my skillset, making the seemingly impossible into an achievable reality.

Wendy brings more than ten years in business operations, team leadership and customer service. She has run the daily operations of a business, coordinated the people in it, kept the records straight, and spent that whole time working directly with customers.

On a project she is the one keeping things organized, the communication clear and you informed about where matters stand. She is at her best with anyone who feels uneasy about new technology, and she wants you comfortable asking questions and clear on what to expect, in English or in Spanish.

After more than ten years looking after other people's customers, I realized how much I love building relationships and taking care of people. I also reached a point where I wanted my work to be appreciated and my talents to be fully used. Starting my own company gives me the chance to do things my way, stand behind the service I provide, and build something I'm proud to put my name on.
