Written translation of your documents between English and Spanish, scoped and priced in writing before you pay anything.

What Is Included

  • Written translation of the documents we accept in your written scope
  • English to Spanish, or Spanish to English
  • A signed translator statement, if you ask for one and we agree to provide it
  • For 14 days after delivery, we correct at no charge any error against the source document you gave us. Changes to the source document or new material are a new request.

Send your documents only through the secure upload link we email you, never by email.

What Is Not Included

We do not give legal advice. Translation does not include:

  • Legal, immigration or tax advice, or representation
  • Oral or live interpreting
  • Choosing or filling out government forms for someone else
  • Notarization, apostille, or filing with a court or agency
  • A promise that a court, agency, employer, lender, school or anyone else will accept the translation
  • Court-certified, state-certified, sworn or notarized translation status

Your written scope confirms the final price before you pay anything.

Paying for it

You pay the full price once, after you sign the written agreement and we countersign it, and before any work starts. There are no refunds for translation work, unless we cannot deliver the translation.
