    Done means your content shows correctly, every page loads at your address on phone and desktop, and every button reaches the right place.

    Fits whenYou have a site, but it looks dated, breaks on phones or no longer says what you do.

    • Your existing content, up to 5 pages, moved onto a layout we already have
    • Your colors and logo, with up to 2,000 words and 15 images across the site

    Done means the site builds, every agreed page loads at your address, and you know how it is published.

    Fits whenYou have an idea for an app and want something people can click through before you build it for real.

    • Up to 5 screens that link together, on a layout we already have
    • Sample data, so it looks and behaves like the real thing
    • Works on phones and computers
    • A link you can share with the people you want to show
    • 1 round of changes, then a short handoff

    Done means every agreed screen opens from the link and every click goes where it should. Nothing is saved and there are no sign-ins or back end; making it real is Groundwork or above.

What you supply

  • Your business details, and up to 2,000 words and 15 images across the site
  • Your web address, or help choosing one
  • For a site you built: a copy or export of the project

Timing, fixes and refunds

  • Delivery target: 5 business days after we have your content, access and payment. Your written scope gives the exact date.
  • For 14 days after delivery, we fix anything that does not match the agreed scope at no charge. New features or a new design are a new job.
  • Cancel before we start and you get the full $199 back. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund it.

Not included in $199

  • Online stores and payments
  • Sign-ins, accounts and databases
  • Booking systems and custom connections
  • Changing or moving your email
  • New branding, custom design or writing your copy
  • Ongoing support, search ads or promised results

If your page needs one of these to do its job, it is not a Small Build, and we tell you before you pay.

Costs outside the $199

Your web address, hosting and any paid service are billed by those providers, not by us. We tell you what they are and what they cost before you pay, and they stay in your name wherever practical. There is no required subscription from us, and ongoing care is optional.

About the introductory price

We take on no more than 2 Small Builds at a time so each gets proper attention. If we are full, we tell you the next start date. If the price changes later, a scope you have already accepted keeps its price.

How it works

Show us the idea, or what you already built.
We confirm it fits, then send the exact result, what is not included, the date and the price in writing.
You accept and pay the $199. We build it, check it and hand it over, with a target of 5 business days.

If it does not fit a Small Build, we tell you before any payment and explain your options.

Online stores, logins, databases, bookings and larger applications are priced separately, in a written scope before any work starts.
