Stop Reading.
Start Checking.
Somebody opens a document, reads it, and types what it says into a system. Extraction turns that reading into data automatically. It will not be right every time, so what matters most is what happens to the fields it is unsure about. Try it below.
Someone reads every invoice and types what it says.
Sample documents with recorded results. Nothing is uploaded, and no AI service is called.
| Field | Value | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| From | Coastal Supply Co. | passed |
| Number | INV-20931 | passed |
| Date | 08/28/2026 | passed |
| PO number | PO 4471 | to a person |
| Total | $1,482.50 | passed |
Drag it. Stricter sends more fields to a person; looser lets more through on their own.

Confident fields went straight through. The unsure ones went to a person, with their spot on the page marked.
What we will not promise
We do not quote an accuracy percentage, because the honest number depends on your documents, their condition, and how consistent your senders are. What we will do is measure it against a sample of your real documents during scoping, show you that result, and set the threshold with you before anything goes live. If the measured accuracy does not justify the build, we will say so.
What Is Someone Retyping Off a Page?
Send us a sample of the documents and tell us what you need out of them. We will measure how well extraction handles your real material and come back with a scope, a number, and an honest read on whether it is worth building.
What Is and Is Not Included
A processing engagement covers the document types and fields we agreed on. These boundaries come from our Terms of Service and apply to every technology engagement.
Included in a scoped build
- Discovery, field definition, and a written scope
- Building the extraction, validation, and routing
- Working within the access you provide to the systems involved
- Processing an agreed historical backlog where scoped
- A review queue with a defined handoff to a person
- Testing against your sample, and credential turnover with instructions
Not assumed unless agreed in writing
- Any guaranteed accuracy rate or error-free result
- Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or support after handoff
- Document types or layouts outside the agreed set
- Legal, tax, accounting, privacy-law, or regulatory advice
- Verifying that the content of your documents is accurate or lawful
- Third-party model, platform, or per-page processing charges
Unlike some of our other services, an agreed historical backlog can be part of the scope here, because bulk processing is often the entire reason for the build. It is quoted by volume and stated in writing rather than assumed.
How Processing Is Priced
Work is priced by scope, not by the hour. You get a written scope with a fixed price before anything starts, and larger builds are split into milestones. The ranges below show where engagements typically start. Note that per-page or per-document model charges are an ongoing cost, not a one-off.
| Engagement | When it fits | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| Fit Check | You know the work hurts, but not yet what to build, or whether to build anything: 30 minutes to find out. | Free |
| Core Automation or Integration Build | Workflows and system connections the business runs on, priced in a written scope. | From $5,000 |
| Custom Engagements | New products, AI agents, private AI, custom applications, modernization and data platforms, scoped and priced in writing. | Quoted in writing |
| Operations Automation Partnership | After a build: monitoring, maintenance, vendor and API changes, and small improvements. | From $750 / month |
| Third-party costs | Model, platform, and per-page processing charges, which continue for as long as it runs. | Customer-paid directly |
Your first payment is due before work starts, and each later payment when your written scope sets it. Final files, credentials and the handoff may be held until everything due is paid. If we find the actual scope differs materially from what was described, we stop and give you a revised estimate before doing the additional work.
Hosting, domains, licenses, subscriptions, and processing fees stay in accounts you own and are billed to you directly by each vendor whenever practical. Where we must place an approved charge on your behalf, that amount is collected before we incur it.
After the Build
Every build ends with documentation and a handoff, so your team can run it. If you would rather not, a monthly partnership covers monitoring, vendor and API changes, and small improvements under its own written agreement.
See Partnership LevelsDocuments processed under this service frequently contain personal, financial, or commercially sensitive information. You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, ownership, and permission status of everything you provide, and for confirming that sharing it with us and with any third-party processing platform is permitted under your own obligations. We do not provide legal, privacy-law, or regulatory advice, and we do not independently verify the truth or legality of document contents. If a specific regulatory regime applies to your records, obtain your own advice on it before the engagement begins.
You agree to review deliverables promptly. Unless we agree to a different acceptance method in writing, work is deemed accepted on the earliest of: your written approval; your use of the delivered work in production or public release; or five (5) business days after delivery without a written, reasonably specific objection tied to the agreed scope.
T&C Group Holdings, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Technology services are provided for implementation, support, troubleshooting, and general business-use guidance only. Automated extraction is probabilistic and will produce errors; we do not guarantee any accuracy rate, error-free output, uptime, compatibility with every third-party service, or any particular business or technical outcome. Human review steps reduce that risk but do not eliminate it, and final responsibility for what is done with extracted data remains yours. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support are outside a standard engagement unless separately accepted in writing. This page is a summary for convenience; our Terms of Service govern.
